Kona Hale is a bright, open, airy home. It has a west-facing and a south-facing lanai offering beautiful views of the Kona Coast and Kailua Bay. There is open land behind the property with a paved walking path PERFECT for a morning stroll... Kona Hale is operated by the owners and located in a safe family neighborhood 2.5 miles above town.

You will have access to the entire property, carports, laundry, and both lanai’s.

Kona Hale is located 2.2 miles above Kailua-Kona town in a quiet neighborhood, above a cul-de-sac. Kailua-Kona town offers plenty of lively venues... farmers markets, white beaches, historical sites, restaurants and shops. Lyft, Uber, and taxi services are available here. It is a five minute, safe walk to a great farmers market; Kona Hale is within 5-10 minutes of beaches, the pier, the harbor and three grocery stores, Target, WalMart and Costco; 15 minutes from the airport. The road to Kailua Village does not have sidewalks. It is a busy road, thus walking it is not advisable.
